2 ingredient Mango Sorbet

February 5, 2018

Before sugar consumption was even a considered factor in my life, sorbets and ice cream were my jam (Moose Tracks were my fave, so...looking to try a recipe ASAP!). That means the past 3 years have been filled with trying to find new ways to keep eating ice cream and sorbets sugar and dairy free. While I'm waiting for my new ice cream maker (and summer so other people besides me actually want ice cream), I started making this new, super fruity alternative!

This delicious, nutrient-dense snack is my go-to late night snack these days, and I'm prettyy confident it will be yours too. Best part? Only TWO ingredients! Let's get started:

Ingredients:

-Organic Frozen Mango (I get the giant bags from Costco)

-Organic Coconut Water (I like Zico, because there are no additives)

Directions:

Step #1: Place desired amount of mango in a blender and fill with around an inch of coconut water (the goal is to use as LITTLE liquid as possible for the thickest sorbet).

Step #2: Blend until thoroughly mixed. Enjoy!

That's it! A super healthy, super quick, delicious alternative to sherbet and sorbets! Let me know what you think in the comments, and don't forget to like and share! Follow me on Instagram (@freelymadi) for daily posts and updates, and Youtube for lifestyle videos posted twice a week!
