Growing up, I was a major chocolate fanatic. Like, eat an entire 12 pack of Twix everyday chocolate fanatic. Basically, I lived for the months of October-December. So if you can’t tell by now, when I switched to AIP, giving up chocolate was NOT an option. So I set out on a mission. A chocolate mission. Lucky for you I’ve already done all the hard work and have tons of chocolatey delicious recipes coming!
Okay, let’s get into the recipe!
-2-3 TBSP (cacao. Sub carob for AIP)
-2-3 TBSP honey
**the amounts of cacao/carob and honey vary off of the size of the avocado and personal preference. I like mine super dark so I would use around 1-2 TBSP honey.
Step #1: Add all
ingredients into a blender
Step #2: Blend, refridgerate for at least 30 minutes, and enjoy!
**I love topping mine with raspberries.
